We support the current version released in the market today and one release back.As part of our continuing effort to provide the highest possible level of service to our customers, we discontinue support of older versions of our products which may not have kept pace with current technology and regulatory compliance.

If you have not done so already, we highly recommend that you upgrade to the current version of software. The new version will not only have additional features that will provide greater efficiency and help you achieve HIPAA compliance, it will ensure continued support.
