Collaboration Compass is RelayHealth's innovative online tool that allows you to enroll with payors, sign up for e-mail notifications, access online payor lists, look up payor edits and process eligibility. Once you sign your RelayHealth EDI contract, you will receive your submitter ID. Use your submitter ID and the content below to sign up for Collaboration Compass. Now that you are set up in Collaboration Compass, you are ready to enroll with your payors for electronic claims, eligibility and electronic remittance advice (ERA). By following the instructions and checklist provided below, you will ensure that your enrollments are completed accurately the first time. In order to transmit claims electronically, you need to set up your practice management software. Please follow the checklist to set up the software correctly.
