Support is available only for telephone consultation. We do not provide technical support services via email or fax because of the improved communication that only a person-to-person conversation can provide.

Software Return Policy

We will not accept returns on software. Upon payment in full for software, it will be released and shipped. However, if your product is damaged, we will replace it at no charge.
