Call Support at (800) 895-6700 between the hours of 6:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m. You will hold for a technical support representative who has specific
knowledge about the issue for which you are calling.
Support is available only for telephone consultation. We do not provide
technical support services via email or fax because of the improved communication
that only a person-to-person conversation can provide.

Time Zones and Holidays
Our headquarters are located in Arizona, one of the few areas in the
U.S. that does not observe Daylight Saving Time. Our hours of operation are the
same all year -- Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard
time.
Per-Se will be closed on the following dates in observance of holidays:

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Software Return Policy
We will not accept returns on software. Upon payment in full for software,
it will be released and shipped. However, if your product is damaged, we will replace
it at no charge.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or allowances permitted.
